Description

• Load Chain Wheel : S.G. Iron Casting – Accurately pocketed, internally grinded for longer life of Main Shaft
• Braking Mechanism : Screw & Friction Disc Type – Self actuating
• Hand Chain Wheel : Pressed Steel – Accurately pocketed, Smooth Hand chain Pulling operation
• Gears : Alloy Steel Material, precise machined, gear hobbed & case hardened – duly annealed. Gears shall be lubricated with a semi-liquid grease instead of oil, which is less likely to leak, eliminates oil level checks and clings to the gears even after long idle periods.
• Design Type Test : Accomplished successfully as per the requirement of IS: 3832 -2005 (4 times load – lifted for 5 minutes – Once at the time of design stage)
• Endurance Type Test : Accomplished successfully as per the requirement of IS: 3832 – 2005 (100 Hrs. running on Block at speed of Hand Chain of 20 Mtr./Min – Once in Six Months)
